"The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying."

"Overall nice experience. The location is excellent to ski in Faloria ski area in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The room is spacious, while we booked a room with mountain view, but we have to go out on the small balcony to really see the mountain. The breakfast was good quality, while the dinner was a bit simple. Considering the price is acceptable. The staffs at the front desk were very nice. If we come back to the area, we might stay here again. "

"Our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our room had a great view. The food was excellent. "An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."

"Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Ski Tage, Tiefgarage 200m entfernt war sehr praktisch und preislich fair, Skischuhwärmer im Keller ist vorhanden. Man benötigt natürlich immer Skibus oder Auto mit entsprechenden (Zeit-)Aufwand, dafür kann man Abends zu Fuß in die schöne Innenstadt zum Essen. Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück ab 07:00, Cappuccino u.ä. wird von der Siebträgermaschine liebevoll und frisch zubereitet. "

"It was a pleasure to stay at this historical building. The surrounding area is also nice to walk around, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the room with modernized bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is also very nice, enough choices to fill up. The only downside is the floor in the room. Probably because it’s been for a long time it squeaks when you walk in the room."
