"Our stay at Hotel Piaz was fine. Parking was easy and so was our check in process. We went into one room and the shower door was broken so the very helpful front desk lady let us switch to a new room. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at, but from here we visited Seceda, Vallunga, and Ortisei. It wasn’t dirty, just a little dingy and could maybe use a remodel. "Disappointed for the price. There is a new and old building for the hotel. I stayed in the old which was okay. The front desk noted there was a sauna but I could not use it because it was not in the price. The previous hotel I stayed at was less expensive and it was included. Towels were rough industrial towels for a kitchen not a bath. Breakfast was okay, breads were a bit stale. I think only a few people were staying at the hotel so the food was not as fresh. "
