"We appreciated the location very much . It was easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our room was very clean and just like the picture that I saw in the advertisement. Although the television did not work, as well as the phone for room service. We did not appreciate that the guy at the reception when he told us that they were putting us in a better room and in the side of the hotel that he called the better area. He reference that the other side was were we should be. He got on the phone and spoke with someone in Italian with someone on the phone, after hanging up the phone he said he was going to need to charge us $15 per Person per day for the use of the elevator. When I made the reservation I saw that they had an elevator for us it is important as my husband has a hard time going through several stairs . As I heard his comment I told him we had no choice and he marked something down in the paperwork that he had for our room. Nothing that we would’ve charged $15 fee per day per person. At time of check out nothing was charged as we mentioned the to the person that was at the front desk what we were told the night before. Otherwise their breakfast was absolutely delicious with an incredible variety of food. Thank you"
