"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. The guest rooms are nicely appointed, however they are old and need some maintenance to update them. I saw a couple...

"I have been coming to this hidden gem for 10 year now, I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. "

"The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh. It was not very busy so noise was not an issue. Our room was spacious and facing the river. The spa area was not as comfortable as hoped. Breakfast was minimal and lunch OK. Location is about a 20 minute walk to the bars in town. "

"年末年始10日間ほど、家族旅行で利用しました。小学生の男の子がいるので、プール付きのリゾートホテルを探した結果、このホテルに決めました。毎日の様にプールに入って遊びました。朝食終えたら、すぐにプールに入ったりしましたが、ライフセーバーのスタッフがすぐに近くで見守ってくれて、安心してプールで遊ぶことができました。朝食は、毎日焼きたてのオムレツをいただきました。スタッフは、とても心地いい対応で好感が持てました。最終回、チェックアウトが１２時まででしたが、妻が発熱で寝込んでいたので、飛行機の時間１８時までチェックアウトを延長していただいて助かりました。帰国して、元気よく過ごせてます。楽しいチェンマイの旅を支えてもらえて、感謝です。ありがとうございました^_^"

I would stay again

"Had a good three (3) days stay here at Sleep Mai. The room was comfortable, clean and all your basic needs for a good nights' rest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most , if not all, of them could communicate with basic English, a plus point for us that cannot speak Thai. They try their very best to attend to your needs. I appreciate that very much. The location of the hotel makes it easy to reach most night markets, sight-seeing by foot. Getting a private hire was relative easy. Just have to take note that the entrance to the hotel is in an ally, so some bigger private hires might not be able to drive you to the door step (which wasn't an issue for me). I would stay again. "

"i’m so happy i chose this hotel and this location. it was literally walking distance to everything (restaurants. one nimman shopping. the white market. maya mall). the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and very helpful whenever i asked questions. roof top pool… yes! the breakfast…yes! the bar…yes! everything was amazing! "

"I loved staying here! The hotel was perfectly located, giving me easy access to everything. I felt very safe throughout my trip and had an amazing time exploring the city. Being so close to the markets and experiencing the nightlife made it even more special. Thailand is absolutely beautiful, and I especially loved staying at this hotel during my time in Chiang Mai."
