"I brought my family here as a last minute booking when a flight was cancelled. The owner took my money, then locked the gate and did not respond to phone calls when we arrived, so there was no way in. There's no doorbell or any other way to alert the front desk when you arrive, so I was stranded outside with my wide and small children in an unfamiliar neighborhood in a country where we did not speak the language.
