Had the most amazing meal in the Brasserie although quite expensive, and felt staff while pleasant enough didn’t really want to be there.. The only criticism was the meal from room service, not the greatest. "

Location is perfect as it’s nearby and within walking distance to main attraction says it’s in the city center. Overall, great hotel with amazing views and will definitely be staying here again! "

"A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Pest district. Service throughout our stay was impeccable with one tiny exception in the hotel bar where we got overcharged for two drinks (12,660HUF for an eggnog and Irish coffee). All staff were pleasant and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was stunning. A better selection of TV channels in rooms would be helpful as very little choice of viewing in English. "
