Only things I could fault was v dusty behind the headboard, room and bathroom bit tired in places and could do with a bit of soundproofing. On the plus, everything you need is there. "The property was lovely. The bar and food were amazing. I didn't notice an 'upgrade' on the room, it was a nice king size room, but the shower was very low pressure. There was no breakfast included which was a shame given the price, plus the spa access is only for 1hr (which includes getting ready afterwards) which for someone disabled isn't much time to enjoy the spa facilities. Overall, I would recommend the hotel as the location and restaurant/bar made it 5 stars!"

"Liked the property, very handy location for everything we wanted to do during our trip. Complimentary breakfast had great options, hot and cold, the winner for our son was the waffle machine! Staff at reception could have been a bit more friendly but service was fine, staff at breakfast were lovely. Room was fine but a little cramped for 3 of us with limited storage for luggage/ belongings. Very clean though and beds were comfortable. "

"Modern great value hotel in walking distance from centre of York. Parking is excellent. You pay £17 you can leave car there before check in and the whole next day even after checking out. Great flexibility on parking. Only gripes were that check in took 15 to 20 minutes. Also the bed in the room was so hard that i struggled to sleep. Much prefer a premiere inn bed. Shame had these two things been different it would have been 10 / 10. "

"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."
