"This place could be so much more but it just doesn’t know what it wants to be…too many permanent pitches…no atmosphere, pool and reception closes at 5, (probably because permanent pitchers don’t need them) Our pavilion 4 was tired and smelt also. Great location and great cycle paths around."

We felt very welcomed by the wonderful staff, from personally showing us to our room to the restaurant staff going out of their way to ensure my wife had one more schnitzel before leaving Germany. All-in-all, it was a memorable moment on our vacation, after a series of forgettable budget hotels. And the historical town of Wassenberg is worth a visit, even though it’s off the beaten path. "Fantastic environment. Really nice apartment, great facilities, perfect environment for families. Nice walks and good location to drive/train to a variety of other places. We came from the UK and it is a straightforward 3 and a bit hour drive from Dunkirk. Would recommend to any potential visitor."

Fabulous on-site facilities

"The trip was amazing. Easy check-in. We were slightly early, however the staff accommodated us. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were absolutely fabulous. On-site facilities were out of this world, e.g. fitness centre and swimming pool. Bar was great too with service to one's table. Would definitely return. Very highly recommended."

Lovely comfortable stay

"Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. Our family room was an excellent size, with 2 bathrooms and a door between sleeping areas. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from other rooms but ear plugs solved that problem. Breakfast was simple but delicious and from service was very reasonably priced, easy to order via the app and great service."
