"The trip was amazing. Easy check-in. We were slightly early, however the staff accommodated us. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were absolutely fabulous. "It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right on the River Maas. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Our Superior room was huge, and had views over the river, our son had a Comfort room, smaller but still a nice size and both had amazing large white marble shower rooms with walk in shower. No kettle to make tea, but luckily I had spotted that in another review and took one. Coffee machine. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had an excellent meal, flambed at the table....

The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleeping experience and above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had many features that you'd normally find in a 5 star hotel.
