"IMMACULATE, squeaky clean room!! Room was snug; small but well organized. Bed was very comfortable, linens pristine. No AC that we could find but fine for Oct. Shower had good water pressure but glass shield only 1/2 way so water all over the floor. (As Americans we remain puzzled by these 1/2 walls and yearn for a full shower door!!) Front desk staff left at about 6 p.m. deferring to sister property Hotel Euler. We appreciated the full breakfast buffet. Plenty of restaurants close by for...

"The hotel staff, especially Elmira, was very helpful, professional and friendly. Her reception made me feel very welcomed. The stay was very pleasant and the hotel itself very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any frequent travellers and would definitely stay again if visiting Basel."

"Clean, easy to get to on tram 14. Only downside is the massive road and railway line outside my window. The windows blocked the sound but the room was a bit warm so I had to keep the window closed due to noise and the aircon was only just up to the task. "

"Great location, very close to central station and tram stops. Really convenient for exploring the city and zoo, as well as further afield. The hotel is not staffed 24/7 but the adjacent hotel (which is part of the same group) is, and they can assist with check in/out, bookings and other queries. Everyone was really friendly. Not all of the hotel is accessible by lift so if this is needed, let the hotel know when booking. We would stay here again. "
