"Difficult to navigate to the hotel as we were driving and so many one way systems, no parking at the hotel but we did unload the car, we had booked into a car park that was recommended and that was fairly nearby. Everything was within walking distance much easier than driving. The AO arena was only 10 minutes away to walk. Reception was speedy and the receptionist was helpful."

"Great location very near Piccadilly station. Modern and stylish rooms Bar prices are a little excessive but that’s hotels everywhere these days One piece of advice I would offer is that the Hotels car park road post code on sat nav’s is different to the entrance road entrance and due to the 1 way system and no right turns off after the A57 it’s difficult to locate. Hotel booking should make this clearer on its confirmations to guests and Expedia should reference this as well. Otherwise everything was fine."
