Hairdryer filter/screen extremely caked with dust; hairdryer running much too hot with little air coming out. Room heater vents caked with dust. As you walk down the hallway you can see these heaters in each room and they are all dirty/dusty. All rooms are on the second floor, but there is no elevator.
