The one thing I am so grateful for is the phone call I received after we checked out informing us we had left a bag with merchandise behind in the room. The hotel staff graciously agreed to mail our items to us. Such a relief. Thank you to Betsy, Bill, and to the housekeeping staff who found our items. "

"The front door was malfunctioning and it was very cold, so the staff were all bundled up in the lobby. I felt sorry for them. They fixed it the next day. The rooms were excellent, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The lower number rooms in the 200 range are over the swimming pool and you can hear loud children. It did not bother me, but it could bother some people. The pool closes around 9:00-9:30PM and the noise stopped after that."
