"

"Staff were friendly. Convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty (but a little over-priced). We would stay again."

"Excellent hotel. Really nice room. Amazing staff and brilliant central location. Only down side was we didn't have a real window in our room, due to it being an internal one. As it was only for one night this wasn't a huge issue and didn't effect the pleasant atmosphere of the room. Great breakfast, with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Stay here frequently for business. Staff is always helpful and rooms clean. Only downside is the occasional fire alarms going off from the showers in the room. Overall, good place and well located near the city centre/Cardiff Central Station."

"Please was beautiful, staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely but lighting is a bit of an issue, quite dark in the rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC, they are a bit tired looking. The jacuzzi bath wasn't very clean when we arrived and when we uses the jets, a load of gunk came out from stagnant water, which would suggest it's not used frequently and they don't do regular cleaning/maintenance. Overall though, was a lovely stay. "

"Trip to Cardiff to watch the might Boks teach the Welsh a lesson in rugby. Hotel was great, easy walking distance to the stadium and with restaurants and John Lewis literally a 3 min walk away."
