"Fairly modern city centre hotel. We opted for a superior room which was spacious with kitchenette and sitting area. Bathroom had walk in shower. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet was decent but you have to book a time when they are busy as the dining area is small. Ate dinner there too but only average. Staff for most part are young and helpful, although was irritated to find our room had not been cleaned when we returned after a busy day at 17.30. Someone was sent up pretty quickly but then...

"This is a hidden gem. The hotel is a happy place for singles, couples and families. The rooms we had were adequate if nothing fancy but the pool was really nice. The hotel, with its quirky elevator, has good vibes and easy parking for your wheels when in Punta del Este."
