"We had to move rooms when we first checked in because the bathroom smelled like the bottom of a sewer system. There was no way we could stay in there. We moved one room over and the smell was better, but not gone. The staff all seemed stoned the whole time, and were not very helpful. The hostel is pretty loud with people constantly in the main area, which is right below the rooms. The quiet hours did start at 11pm which were adhered to, so that was great. "This hotel is amazing. The attention to detail was extraordinary from the decor, to the staff, to the excellent food, to the onsite bars. Loved it!"

"Best place to stay if you have a car and if you like a quiet spot. Right in the mountains with a great views of the Tungurahua volcano, very close to the "casa del arbol " which is an unbeatable spot for the view of the volcano. Rooms are more like small bungalows , very spacious with very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our stay there. "

"I loved the property. The facilities (pool, spa, garden, restaurant, room) were outstanding. I will return with my family. Only minor comment: properly is not for people with limited mobility as it has multiple hills and steps to get to the room and pool. Thanks a lot for great service."
