"The receptionist on Friday Nov 02 was the best receptionist I had to deal with. My flight changed and i arrived 5 hours earlier than I should but she did manage to find a room I can use for few hours. I had a long flight from US and was jet lagged., I appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you"

"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "

"Good sized, clean and comfortable rooms that have been well-designed to feel pleasing. Shopping mall and MTR convenient but very busy. Would have liked to have access to more quiet/lounge areas in the hotel to escape the hustle and bustle of Mong Kok. Also the amenities are pricy for what is being offered and therefore not accessible. Would have liked to see more inclusive packages, particularly for 3 night stays. "
