Rakshit went beyond his job description to help us checkin early and offered to help with our luggage as we travelled briefly out of Hyderabad. The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. The SPA and salon is beautiful and great staff. Added bonus - tons of shopping within walking distance. "
