"Good quality hotel in convenient location for a few days business trip near the old airport, now closed. The elevated metro ran close by, but no noise from that or busy road. Didn't get to do any site seeing, in local area. "

"Royalton used to be great place to stay. Current management is very non-customer oriented. Increasing in cost, decreasing in service. Breakfast buffet far fewer items now. Though minibar indicated as included in price, alas, no minibar. Have to beg for towels. At least the long-time staff members still friendly, albeit being restricted by current management in assisting the guests. I miss the old Royalton of even just three years ago. "
