"I've spent 10 days traveling around Norway and this has by far been my favorite property. There is something magical about Svalbard in general, and this property embodies just that. The food is amazing, there is no need to leave the property to eat anywhere else for any meal. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail is impeccable. A special shoutout to "T" at the front desk, she is absolutely amazing. "

"The property was nice. Easy to get to and the staff are accommodating. We got two rooms with 2 beds. They are big enough for two people and baggage in each room. The bathrooms are shared in the hallways. Each bathroom is private and has a shower. Very clean and warm during the cold winter. Never had issues waiting for the bathroom. There were 4 bathrooms on each floor. The main building had a bar and a lounge to hang out in. Tea, coffee and water offered all day for free. Would stay here again. "
