"Svalbard Lodge. A basic 2 bedroom apartment with very good kitchen with oven hot plates and dishwasher. The bench is a bit awkward due very low cupboards There is less than one meter from cupboard to bench. Not good for tall people. A large bathroom with washing machine and bath with shower. "A great stay and very unique in style not something you find in many Hotels. The reception is very helpful especially Storm who understood my needs and very caring.The one thing I didn’t like was the creaky floor boards particularly the corridors outside rooms at night it can be noisy. "The property was nice. Easy to get to and the staff are accommodating. We got two rooms with 2 beds. They are big enough for two people and baggage in each room. The bathrooms are shared in the hallways. Each bathroom is private and has a shower. Very clean and warm during the cold winter. Never had issues waiting for the bathroom. There were 4 bathrooms on each floor. The main building had a bar and a lounge to hang out in. Tea, coffee and water offered all day for free. Would stay here again. "
