"We had a very nice stay overall. Our only problem was we are older and our room was the farthest away from the elevators so it was a bit more strenuous going back and forth in the long hallways. We also had a slight heating issue because of older heating registers in rooms. They do provide portable space heaters to help. The property is very nice and offers a lot and is located pretty close to the smaller towns as well as Breckenridge which is a fabulous area. This is a great family resort. "

"I called the front desk and asked the girl that answered at 230pm if she can match the expedia rate she said she was off in 30 minutes and I should call back and talk to someone else. She was SOOOO rude to me! The guy that checked me in was Nicholas and he was helpful. When I was in the room and called the front desk from the room phone and my cell phone no answer which is not right what if I had an emergency and needed help!
