"The cabin was everything I hoped it would be. It was warm and cozy, had all the utensils you would need to be able to cook, was a few minutes from town. There were issues with water, though. Apparently, a forced water line burst a few days prior to our arrival and the community was doing planned water shutoffs with fumbled communication. "The stay was excellent, the house was top notch and the location was fantastic. The only thig I think we could ask for would be a different mattress' in two of the rooms and the remote window shades were a bit finicky. We loved our stay there and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay again, just a few things that need to be attended to.The skiing was fabulous as we had 20" of snow during our stay. The Gondola was steps away and took us to Peak 7 and Peak 8. "

"We travels from east texas to this beautiful home to have a white Christmas. The property was just as described on the site, down to the previous reviews stating that the driveway was steep. Upon arriving the driveway was slick and we barely got up it with snow chains. We located the provided sand and salt that was only a scoop full. "Pictures do not give you the overall condition of the property. Toilet seat lid hinge was broken. Two drawers broken, so couldn’t use for clothes. Ceiling fan didn’t work. There’s a sewer type smell in the kitchen area. The couch should be replaced as the cushions have no support. If the owner would spend a little money on upkeep, this cabin may be worth it. I do not believe VRBO should represent this property until these issues are fixed."

"The cabin is nicely situated next to a stream, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. We never drove more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, from mountain hikes to downtown strolls. Highly recommend this place for your Breck adventure. One final note, it's rare to find a vacation rental with such comfortable beds!!"
