"We stayed during Christmas period and really appreciate the hard work of all staff at reception, restaurant etc to provide normal desk service, cleaning of our room, pool, and various kind of activities. Our door lock is also quickly repaired. They are very professional and friendly. It makes our holiday a pleasant stay. "Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was included in our stay and had some tea there, the food selection was ok, but did not cager to vegetarians at all. No veggie alternatives. The buffet...
