"Well located hotel right in front of the Otaru train station. Service is best in class. Onsen offers variety of choices including outdoors and indoors. 9 to 11 pm offers free ramen and ice cream. In the morning it offers free yogurt drink and welcome snacks. Little things add up to an unforgettable experience. My wife and daughter enjoy the stay very much. Also, it is 3 minute walk from fish market with lots of fresh seafood options. The whole town with many landmarks, museums, shops...

"Our room was a good size for a family of 5. The staff were excellent, but it appeared they were under staffed. Location was a bit out of the way, but niseko is small. The location was excellent for hitting a variety of mountains. The onsens was a bonus and well worth it after a days of heavy powder. "

"Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities."

"Loved our stay here! We did ski in/ ski out and everything was so convenient and well thought out. We were here over the holidays and they had so many activities planned for people who didn't want to ski. It's a great family friendly place with lots to do and see. So many different eating options and bars. It made it so fun to explore the resort and neighboring hotels. Fun little shops to get souvenirs. Loved every minute of it. "Great - easy and very convenient location. Housekeeping was quite late though in the day for those not checking out. Concierge information could be better and more readily available re tours/local area and transport explanations etc. But overall, very good. "

"This property is not far from the Annapuri Lifts and has regular shuttle busses heading to all the ski slopes! Also, the reason I chose it is the awesome onsen and large outside rotemburo! We were able to combine skiing and onsen enjoyment! Breakfast buffet was very good as well. Good value for the money and super friendly and helpful staff!"
