My beefs: I was never able to find a room service menu, and I wasn’t able to order a glass of wine or a cocktail because “that comes from the bar.” Also I wasn't able to charge my devices in the room at night because the outlets went out when the lights went off. "This hotel was fancy and beautiful and had the best of just about everything! The pool was amazing!! My only complaint was the room service app did not work and the food itself when it arrived was a little disappointing-and I paid for a dessert and never received it…Although I have to say it was very late in the evening, I’m sure the staff did their best. "
