The place jas a lot of “wear and tear”. Our door lock was broken and the door would not open with the key and had to go back down to front desk twice to get someone to finally come up and help to open the door. Very frustrating after a long day of travelling. The door looked like it had been broken into, not too reassuring. France must have a sewer problem because the room had a strong smell of sewage. We had to cover the whole of the shower and sink to block the smell (which didn’t really block it off), keep the toilet cover closed and keep bathroom door closed. The bathroom looks like a plastic space capsule, very small and shower head would not stay in place, I had to hold it to have the water aim towards me. One of the elevators was not working and we were stuck in it, very frustrating also. We liked the restaurant downstairs for dinner, had good pizza. Convenient near the train station to get back from the rental car drop off at the airport. But we will stay there again. Too many problems with amenities. You need and want things to work when you travel, do not need frustration with problems at a hotel.

Easy access from the airport: it is right at the entrance to the airport - no shuttle is needed. Breakfast was pretty good, with nice selection of food. The room was tiny and with even smaller bathroom, but it was perfect for an overnight in between flights. It is also very quiet - great.

I thought you had a shuttle at the airport, but no, it was a kind of train and I ended up ordering a taxi from the hotel. The trip from your hotel ibis to CDG T E coated me 26 euros! I wasn’t happy! At the hotel they should have warned me about the price of ordering me a taxi!

Hotel was excellent for an overnight stay, excellent and easy connection from the airport. Great upfront communication about how to get to hotel that I really appreciated. Breakfast was good. Staff were great. Room was clean. Couple of small points that detracted - faint smell of smoke in bathroom and lack of space to sit on toilet.
