For the price the stay was ok, room itself was dated and there was damages to walls TV and shower. Bed was comfy enough and it was a quiet, warm room. Good location for the metro but not in the best of areas, didnt feel the safest. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel, staff and amenities are good, what you would expect. Pillows where too soft, some firmer pillow options would be a tip. Now the only real downside is that the direct area is unsafe. While there my collegue, whom was staying at the mercure down the road, had walked me to the hotel and was assaulted and almost robbed on his way back. Due to the hotel location being close to the workvenue it was an obvious choice and again the hotel staff and everything else is fine just the area is dangerous and not safe

Staff are very friendly, rooms are cleaned everyday, the bedroom itself was good enough for the price, there was AC and heating which was great. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and has a large grocery shop right next to it which was very convenient. It was also a 1 minute walk from the metro station and relatively close to tram links.

Excellent value for money
Everything for comfort is here - large bed, rainfall shower, coffee and tea to prepare in the morning, fast internet. The neighborhood is not great, especially at night, but we knew that when booking. In general, the hotel exceeded our expectations and is definitely great value for money in Paris.
