"Arrived and they were not expecting me, although I had emailed and called them. owner was not in town, didn't check in but was told I could stay in a room until owner returned, maybe tomorrow. room was small no windows, no towels, no toilet paper and on that first evening there was no water. no TV, no internet, no free breakfast. only thing that was as advertised was the air-conditioning. I moved out at noon on the second day to a real hotel. never did see owner or any staff. only locals trying...

"the best part of this property is its beach. From all the options at Boca Chica, this beach appears to be the cleanest, wide, walkable beach. We love the beach. The property also is clean and well kept. The local street area is somewhat rundown but we had no safety issues. We paid extra for a balcony facing the beach and a larger room and we were very happy that we did so. We asked the service to clean our room each day and that kept the bathroom smell down. The complementary breakfast was very good, and other meals can be cooked for a fee. The food was good. We enjoyed our stay and will return."
