"The airport pickup was on time and delivered us to the hotel without any complications. The hotel staff are great and more then willing to assist. The welcome plate of fruit was a nice touch. The hotel is centrally located with good views of the area. The ajoining restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced. While the rooms were a little dated, the hotel offers good value and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a short stay. "

"The staff went out of their way to be helpful and my room was quiet and comfortable with beautiful plants outside the door. I enjoyed the breakfast with so many choices and the dinners were also delicious. I plan to stay at 5 Swiss again next year when I return to Rwanda."

"Thumbs up to the staff who were so helpful and courteous. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and decent place to stay, i would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. Make sure to request one of the rooms in front of the pool, the view is lovely at night. Also if you're looking for a ride to get you around Kigali, ask for Alphonse. The washrooms are starting to age a bit, but...
