"After a late arrival we found the check in to be very quick and efficient. A peaceful nights sleep was had, followed by a really nice buffet breakfast. I’m not sure if this was a standard breakfast for all Scandic hotels, but if it is I won’t be staying anywhere else in future. 10/10. "

"My family and I booked a family room for four through Expedia. Upon arrival, we found the room only had space for three. The receptionist said our reservation listed only two guests, but my booking clearly stated the room accommodated four. When I called back, I was put in touch with the manager, whose response was unprofessional. Rather than resolving the issue, she was confrontational and dismissive. I explained that, while we mistakenly didn’t enter four guests, the Expedia price was the...

"It was ok stay with not much of comfort. There is no telephone like to contact reception and no staff available at restaurants. "

"Es uno de esos hoteles que pretende eliminar la recepción para abaratar costos. Ya no estamos en pandemia. Yo prefiero que me atienda un recepcionista, tuve que pedir un taxi que me recogiera a las 4 de la mañana, no tuve ayuda y me las vi brava. Prefiero pagar más pero ir donde me atiendan mejor."
