Nice hotel, didn't cope with problems very well.
The hotel is nice enough, however at the time of my stay they were implementing a new check-in system and I had to wait almost an hour to be allocated a room. The staff were not managing the situation particularly well, and members of reception were having to manually check that rooms were vacant and cleaned (one at a time)! Hopefully this issue will be resolved, and hopefully they learn from the experience and deal with future issues more efficiently!

Lovely stay
Had a great stay hotel is easy to find and in close proximity to public transport and attractions. Room was very spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and linen and towels of good quality. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Pool /sauna/and gym was nice .Area was clean . Only down side was we had to book in advance which was not a problem for us . No information was given about having to take towels to the pool with us so we had to nip back up to the room before we entered the pool. Jacuzzi was out of order but that did not spoil our time. Pool area only has 2 loungers and about 6 chairs to use . Near the sauna is a seating area with a padded material cushion that did smell of wet dog when you were down that area of the pool but that might just be my sensitive nose . Overall we had a great weekend and would stay again. All staff we came in to contact with were polite and looked like they enjoyed their job

Skuffende familierom
Vi er skuffet over familierommet. Til tross for at vi spesifikt booket et rom for familie, var det knapt større enn et vanlig dobbeltrom. Det er veldig trang når vi er 2 voksne og 2 barn. Rommet er ikke tilrettelagt for familier og prisen er høy. Ekstra sengeplassen var en sovesofa, men den var både ukomfortabel og smal, noe som gjorde det vanskelig for barna å sove godt. Med tanke på prisen og markedsføringen av familierommet hadde vi forventet mye bedre. Hotellet har ellers en god beliggenhet, grei frokost og vennlig betjening.

Skittent rom. Avføring i toalett. Søppel var ikke tømt fra søppelkasse på rommet. Flekker på veggene. Støvbelagte lamper i tak, bak baderomsspeil, lister, sengegavel. Funn av hår i seng som ikke tilhørte oss. Flassende maling på baderom. Generelt dårlig standard og ikke verdig et 4 stjernes hotell. Bildene stemmer ikke overens med virkeligheten. Følte meg lurt.
