"We stayed at the Hotel Hacienda Santa Clara for two nights and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoors was beautiful and well maintained. Location was perfect, we were 35 mins from each of the termales. Very convenient. "

"The receptionist was not customer friendly at all. Ask me for my passport in order to check in so if your a tourist from another country you don’t pay taxes. The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service "
