"El mejor servicio lo dan los door men porq en el front desk no son muy bueno,los del restaurant ni se diga muy mala cara tienen todos y no se saben comunicar correctamente con los huéspedes, el elevador no se diga SÚPER LENTO "

"Las instalaciones están bien, pero hay demasiado ruido, no puedo uno ni descansar, los niños gritando por todos los corredores y los papás gritando a los niños y sino son las empleadas contando historia de su vida a todo volumen."

"This hotel was closed when I arrived. I was told by a security guard the hotel is not open all year long. Unfortunately they take reservations for any time of the year."

"We had a wonderful time and aside from the haute-cuisine quality, Nora and Jorn's warmth make you ponder when the next visit will be. Our door knob broke just before we arrived, but as our visit took place on a holiday, we're sure that that minor issue has been taken care of. We'll go back to El Lugar Nórdico. We loved the place, its cleanliness and how we were able to rest and forget about city noises, work, or even television (we didn't bother)."
