"Fantastic property. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff. Great amenities. Stayed on the 6th floor with executive lounge access. The staff running this was 5 star if not more. I cant say enough good things about them. Loved the convenience of the lounge and it has great views of the city. 5 minute walk to train station to get in and out of Cologne. Taxies were always around. 10 minute walk to old town across the bridge. Negative- bathroom a little dark. We will definitely be back on...

"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. "Overall it was a nice hotel. The room was not soundproof, and being on the first floor meant hearing people in the dinning room/restaurant as well as other people in rooms. Not a modern hotel, but it was clean, which is always good. Reception was great, and house keeping were great too. "

"It was a bit confusing for us to find because you have to walk into a square but the hotel was lovely and very convenient. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby and the Christmas market was just around the corner. The parking wasn’t far but you do have to roll your luggage thru cobblestone streets which was a challenge in the rain. Other than that, would definitely stay again. "
