We came in the off-season in early spring but even with colder weather we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside each day with an espresso or glass of wine and taking in the spectacular views. "It was a night stay before getting to Rome and we arrived in the afternoon so we don’t have much to say. The only thing is that we thought it was a terme but it isn’t. the owner has one near. Our keys never worked well lucky our room was just near the reception . "Had a short 3 night stay, too short. House was as advertised. Very comfortable and quiet. Great wifi, a big plus. Nothing to complain about at all. I did wish there was some local information in the house such as bars, restaurants and such. As far as we could tell, nothing to eat or drink in town? But wifi/trip advisor helped a lot. Also, Patrizia the owner was always a quick email away."
