"It was a night stay before getting to Rome and we arrived in the afternoon so we don’t have much to say. The only thing is that we thought it was a terme but it isn’t. the owner has one near. Our keys never worked well lucky our room was just near the reception . "Wonderful boutique B&B. We came across it by chance looking for a place near to both Saturnia Spa and Lake Bolsena - both of which are must-do destinations in this part of Italy. The small walled town of Farnese is a real delight - narrow cobbled streets, friendly locals, and reasonable prices in the local bars. Our room was very clean and classy, and BXT great too. Highly recommended. "

"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. They made us feel very welcome and it was a pleasure to meet them! I even called to ask Bianca for train instructions as we were leaving Roma Termini...

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"Our stay was probably one of the most "interesting" of our 2 month trip to Europe. It is Off Season so we had the entire place to ourselves. Lots to explore on-site with some really cool and scary nooks and crannies. There were keys left in almost every door so we could peek inside and check things out. So much fun exploring!
