"The staff was excellent! They were super helpful and gave us a little tour and history of the place. Everything about CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was beautiful. The courtyard, the building and the roof top views! We would love to stay there again and totally recommend it! "

"The location of this hotel is perfection and I loved the room. The area is loud so earplugs are a good idea. Also for those coming from a cooler climate, we found the room a bit warm even with the thermostat turned all the way down. Still would highly recommend and stay again. Such a neat spot!"

"GORGEOUS hotel. We absolutely loved this property. Very nice welcome drink when you get there. It smells amazing inside. The location cannot be beat. Worth the price. We absolutely loved staying here. Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Only complaint is the beds could have been a little more comfortable, but I'd stay again. "
