"This apartment was perfect for our family of five with two teens and a 20 year old. My kids loved the space and all the floors and terrace. I loved that it was so central to all of the places we wanted to visit in Seville. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers for all of us. It was a quiet even though it was so close to everything. Maria was a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying here. "

"The apartment has so much Spanish charm and is decorated beautifully. It is located near 3 gorgeous old churches. It is also very near the wonderful restaurant Contenedor. It is a nice walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the parking was convenient as well. The hostess was wonderful and even though we spoke no Spanish we we able to communicate well"

The place is filled with a carefully curated collection of art and artifacts, and it feels like you are staying in the home of a family that has been owned the property for generations. We also found Carlos to be a responsive and helpful host. The property is really well located, and it is easy to walk wherever you want to go. Having two toilets is a plus, but...

"My husband, two teenage daughter and I just enjoyed a week in Seville, staying in Samuel's beautiful apartment. From the start he was welcoming and wonderful - allowing us an early check in with a bowl of fresh fruit, bread, milk, coffee, tea and wine to greet us. "Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !"

"The apartment is in great condition. it’s location is quite good if your interest is to stay at the city center. A supermarket around the corner well equipped. The beds, appliances, and accommodations are confortable and in great condition. The hot water is really hot and sufficient. The wifi needs more megas to my understanding. Feedback to the owner would be to provide paper towel, more garbage disposable bags and some basic seasoning items such as salt and pepper. Also detergent. But...

"We had a fantastic stay at La Escribana. The house is perfect and the garden is very spacious and verdant. The couple that look after the property, Lola and Fernando, are extremely attentive and were a real pleasure to meet- they attended every day to sort the pool and tend the immaculate garden and were always happy to offer suggestions for local bars, restaurants, trips, etc. Maarten, the owner of the property, was in communication from the start and was very responsive and helpful dealing...

"This apartment in Seville was the best property we stayed in during our month in Europe. It was immaculately clean, spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our extended family of 8 to enjoy a memorable stay in beautiful Seville. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed some great restaurants in the streets nearby the apartment. "We loved our stay and wished we had booked for longer! The house is spotless, lots of great amenities in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were a plus. But the rooftop terrace is amazing — wish we had more days to hang out there! The neighborhood is great - and Isla Morada which is about 20 steps from the apartment has lovely tapas. Overall a great place to stay. "
