"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. "L'hotel è un po' vecchio, sia esternamente che internamente. Credo che questo sia il motivo per cui i prezzi risultano accessibili anche in alta stagione. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La colazione buona. L'aria condizionata non funzionava in modo adeguato per cui in camera faceva caldo. La mia impressione è stata che il livello di servizio venga tenuto al minimo indispensabile per mantenere le 4 stelle Per usufruire della SPA si devono pagare 25€ a testa. "

"We had great time at Hotel Nuovo Savi, the staff is kind and efficient, breakfast is very good, the rooms are quite clean. The location is great, as it is close to train station as well as the city center. The building and the rooms require renovation, but for us it was not a problem."

"The location within Tuscany is very good for daytrips to the city’s like firenze or siena. The pool is very nice for relaxing days. In the apartment itself you will find everything you need. In the hot summer months, we definitely recommend, also to book the air condition, what you can do when you already checked-in. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the La Monastica Resort immensely. The area around the resort was beautiful and the views from our room was gorgeous, even when it was raining. The staff at the resort was another bonus. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially our server at breakfast, Michaela (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She always had a big smile for us every single time she saw us and her service was impeccable. "
