"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. "We loved our stay! Wonderful service from the staff. The room given to us was disappointing, it needs upgrading to 2024… and in the room they offer mugs and instant coffee and kettle which brought us back to the 80s.. coffee machine would have been nice.."

"L'hotel è un po' vecchio, sia esternamente che internamente. Credo che questo sia il motivo per cui i prezzi risultano accessibili anche in alta stagione. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La colazione buona. L'aria condizionata non funzionava in modo adeguato per cui in camera faceva caldo. La mia impressione è stata che il livello di servizio venga tenuto al minimo indispensabile per mantenere le 4 stelle Per usufruire della SPA si devono pagare 25€ a testa. "

"We had great time at Hotel Nuovo Savi, the staff is kind and efficient, breakfast is very good, the rooms are quite clean. The location is great, as it is close to train station as well as the city center. The building and the rooms require renovation, but for us it was not a problem."

"Villa Parri is a beautiful well-preserved villa with amazing architecture and lovely surroundings. So friendly and helpful at the front reception. Great suggestions and helped us with the best places to park and see. It is off the beaten path so, with the exception of the amazing restaurant onsite, you have to drive to go anywhere. Of course the trade off is a small piece of serenity and quiet in a stunning villa."

"We enjoyed our stay at the La Monastica Resort immensely. The area around the resort was beautiful and the views from our room was gorgeous, even when it was raining. The staff at the resort was another bonus. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially our server at breakfast, Michaela (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She always had a big smile for us every single time she saw us and her service was impeccable. "
