"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. "Fantastic family run hotel. Very convenient location for the town centre and train station. Friendly hotel manager who speaks English. Shame the breakfast buffet is still served rather self serve but everything else is fantastic. "

"We were greeted by a young lady who spoke excellent english. The room we had was on the top floor and was very clean. We spent one comfortable night at the hotel and will return next year when the blues festival is on. The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money."
