"One night stay for business. Hotel was really nice in a quaint medieval walled city. Town square full of interesting buildings & bars. Staff were friendly & helpful. breakfast was continental & plentiful. Only one problem, when I went to eat in the restaurant on the Monday evening it was closed. Town square had gone to sleep as well. I walked towards the town wall & found a gem "Ristorante Pizzeria Palio"."

"Expedia failed to tell us that this hotel closed down months ago. The locals said it had been closed all summer, there were chains around the gates and it looked very run down."
