Very nice hotel and room. Complimentary bottle prosecco,, juice, both types of water. Very short walk to st. Marc square. Plenty of shopping and restaurants everywhere. Concierge was very helpful.

This is a relatively small hotel, more of a B&B type, in a great central location. Room was great, served breakfast, small gym and a spa area. What stood out were the people, amazing customer service.

The type of hotel we hoped to find during our three week Italian vacation; charming, classic ambiance, spotless, great location within the city walls, friendly service. We highly recommend this hotel and a visit to the walled town of Montagnana

Located on a canal, 20 minutes from Venice and 20 minutes from the Airport. Great staff and accommodations. Breakfast was included and it was an amazing spread.

What a great experience it was to stay at Legrenzi rooms and meet the staff. They are very helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay very pleasurable. They offer shuttles to train station and airport (at very reasonable rates). Prior arrival they sent me an email and I scheduled our pick up at the train station. Alessandro was there, waiting for us, even when our train was delayed for several minutes. The last day he took us to the airport, and he offered picking us up in Venice, so...

We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Ducato! The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed. The bathroom is floor to ceiling marble with a high-tech multi-functional rain shower... it was heaven! The apartment also has several dual USA and Euro outlets which was very helpful as we were a group of 5 American women with lots of beauty gadgets! The air conditioning worked very well, it was hot outside so we were relieved to have a good system. Only cons were there were a few fixtures...

Our family of 4, 2 adults plus teenage boy and girl picked this unique place to stay for several days after researching over 200 different places. Were very glad we stayed here. We were brought by water taxi from the airport right to the front door dock and stored our luggage while the apartment was being readied. Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square.
