"The staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary from Sicily was a super star. The cuisine in the hotel is average. Menu items very salty and not enjoyable. Prefer tableclothes on tables for dinner service. Dining room in general needs upgrading. Ivan, the new manager, seems to be the person with the knowledge and experience to make this happen. Overall I would return to this hotel. I was disappointed to see a beautiful city ruined by graffiti. "

"A charming hotel in the heart of Bologna, perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. While the room and bed were on the smaller side, they were comfortable enough for a one-night stay. However, the bathroom could use some improvements— the shower didn’t function properly, and we had towels for one person. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit better. With a few upgrades, this could be an even better choice."
