"This was a very nice, clean apartment. All of the staff was helpful and friendly but a special thanks to the maid who helped my husband and daughter carry our things up to the apartment. We only stayed in Bologna a short time but had a great stay! "

"The location can be quite noisey from the outside bin collection at late hours at night, but overall a very pleasant stay. The sofa beds could do with an upgrade. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short walk to the historic center. We had trouble accessing the building with the provided entry code and our host quickly responded and resolved our issue. He was helpful and responsive anytime we needed assistance. "Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay."

Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Easy communication via text and would certainly consider a further stay, next time i am in Bologna"

"My wife and i really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It felt like a much-loved home. It was a little dated in some respects (bathroom and kitchen) but this added to its natural charm for us. Also, while there was noise into some rooms from the busy piazza outside, it offered a sense of vibrancy to our stay, and connection to Bologna. We especially loved the size of the apartment, perfect for a longer stay of 16 nights. We hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you!"
