"We have just returned home from The Columbus Hotel after staying for a second time - the staff here are amazing they are so welcoming, helpful and can’t do enough for you. The location is perfect being in a quiet safe area and walkable to the centre. The bus service is reliable and clean and stops very close to the hotel. We will definitely return."

"The rooms were.clean and well appointed. Room on second floor had an offensive smell. However, i relocated to the 5th floor and O was very satisfied with the room and location. You may want to consider putting grab bars into the bath area in room 508."
