"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Wonderful hotel. Close to hiking trails, restaurants. Very accommodating. Walked out to meet taxi for us at 0430am on our departure and packed a breakfast for us to take with us. "
