"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "I stayed at this hotel during my business trip for one night. At my arrival the check in was super quick by very professional staff. The room was very nice, clean and spacious, furniture very stylish and modern making you feel like in 5* hotel. Bathroom was nice and good to with basic supplies provided.
