"We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. "The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest.
